Are your knives handmade?

Yes. Kniveslo is a small specialist workshop that designs and hand-finishes knives in limited batches. Each piece goes through careful steel selection, finishing, and final inspection so it feels solid, balanced, and dependable in the hand.

What materials do you use for your knives?

Our core range is built around high-quality D2 tool steel and other durable materials. Many designs use full-tang construction (where specified) for strength, and handle materials are chosen for comfort and grip.

Are KnivesLo products legal in my area?

Knife laws vary by state and locality. By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are you of legal age to purchase knives in your area

  • Comply with local laws on knife ownership, carry, and use

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Orders placed from outside the U.S. cannot be processed or delivered.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days. This includes 1–2 business days for processing and 4–7 business days transit time with UPS or another trusted U.S. carrier.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fees.

What carrier do you use for delivery?

We primarily ship with UPS and may occasionally use other trusted U.S. delivery partners. Your shipping confirmation email will show which carrier is handling your parcel.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s tracking page to follow your delivery.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) enter the processing queue the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the parcel has shipped, changes are usually not possible, and incorrect addresses may lead to delays or return-to-sender.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel in a safe place (where allowed), or redirect it to a UPS Access Point or local pick-up location. Full details will appear in your tracking updates.

What happens if delivery fails and my parcel is returned to you?

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, we will contact you by email. Re-shipping charges may apply, or we can issue a refund minus any actual return shipping and carrier fees, in line with our Refund Policy.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and you have proof of purchase. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email us at info@kniveslo.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for using a trackable shipping method. This helps ensure your parcel arrives safely back at our facility.

Which items are non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery (not due to our error)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

What if my item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue. We may ask for photos or a short video. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process and arrange a replacement or refund in line with U.S. consumer protection laws.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email if the refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds.

Are your knives intended for self-defense or harmful use?

No. Our knives are designed as tools and collectibles for responsible adults, such as collectors and outdoor users, and for lawful, practical tasks. We do not promote or support illegal, unsafe, or harmful use of any product.
